Orders and Shipping
Orders are generally shipped the same day and will arrive with you depending on the service you opted for at checkout.
You can create an account at checkout or by clicking on ‘my account’.
Please email us before your order has despatched if you wish to change your shipping address.
Please check the email confirmation when your order has shipped for tracking numbers and carrier information.
We do not store any credit card information.
All our items are subject to VAT @ 20%.
When you checkout please select your destination country.
All items will arrive in the same box or multiple boxes with the exception being if items are shipped from separate warehouses.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
All Brand New and Boxed items will come with the standard manufactures warranty – Please enquire.
All Graded and clearance lines come with a 90 day Customer Promise Cover – Please enquire.
All Refund/Exchange for Brand New and Clearance lines under the following conditions:
1. Unopened products returned within 14 days of despatch. ‘Purchased in error only’
Please note: Returned products purchased in error are subject to a handling and re-stocking fee of £10.00.
(Return postage cost is not refundable).
2. Return only postage allowance (U.K.) given if
‘bulldogdirect.co.uk’ is notified within 7 days of despatch, of a fault,
Subject to receipt of postage and to a max of campingelectricals.co.uk
outward cost and is proven faulty by our workshop test.
3. Exchange or repair of goods producing tested faults after 7 days
of despatch and within 90 days of Dispatch (No outward or return Postage
Allowance Given).
4. ‘Summary’ campingelectricals.co.uk outward postage price/cost is Non-Refundable.

International (exported items) Returns Policy
1. As Above – Terms apply – With exceptions below.
2. Buyer is responsible for all return costs to the U.K.
3. Unless the buyer takes extended insurance at the time of purchase – Please Enquire.
UK & International Returns – Subject to the following conditions:
1. Product is returned within the above conditions.
2. Product not abused or damaged upon receipt by campingelectricals.co.uk.
3. Manufacturers and campingelectricals.co.uk customer’s advice have been adhered to.
4. Product returned with all original accessories and packaging.
5. All Claims subject to workshop test for verification of claim.
6. You are not a Trader and or Job Lot Buyer.
Free (United Kingdom Mainland Only) faulty item collection:
1. Subject to items received with damage and or possible faults.
2. Subject to campingelectricals.co.uk being notified within 48 hours of delivery via email.
3. Original shipping via Parcel Force and not Royal Mail.
4. Subject to our Customer Promise / Returns Policy.
